The Applicant/Shree Saibaba Sansthan, has put forth prayer clauses (B) and (B-1), which read as under :- "(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 305 dtd. 13.06.2024 for issuing E-Tender for construction of new Laundry Building adm. 1409.15 Sq. Mtrs. for which an estimated amount of Rs. 5,07,24,000/- (excluding GST) is required to be spent.

(B-1) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 307 dtd. 13.06.2024 for issuing E-Tender for construction of new Case Paper Building for which an

7256.24ca (2) estimated amount of Rs.4,56,31,496/- (excluding GST) is required to be spent."

We have perused the Resolution Nos.305 and 307 pertaining to E-tendering process for construction of a new Laundry Building and for issuing E-tender for construction of the new Case Paper Building for both the Hospitals. The learned Principal District Judge, Ahmednagar, Chairman of the Ad-hoc Committee, has approved the said Resolutions. 3.
