This is an application for modification of condition No. IV imposed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 5532 of 2015, vide order dated 26th November, 2015.

The request for relaxation of condition is objected on the ground that, if the applicant is permitted to enter in the Municipal Council region, Kopargaon, he will tamper with the evidence and shall influence the prosecution witnesses.

criap3959.16 (2) By way of temporary measure, the condition No. IV imposed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 5532 of 2015, vide order dated 26th November, 2015, is hereby relaxed for three months. 5.

The application is allowed only to the extent of above terms, with liberty to file fresh application.
