Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to the order passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 12.09.2024 in Review Application (Civil) No.

196/2024 in WP/14387/2019. It is his submission that in view of the said order, a remedy is available for the Petitioner against the impugned order.

In view of the above, order impugned dated 08.05.2024 passed by the Registrar General, Money Lending and Special Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Umesh

911-WP-5004-2024.odt Pune is set aside. The proceeding is relegated back to the said authority for decision in accordance with law. 3.

Parties are directed to appear before the Authority on 21.04.2025. Interim relief granted by this Court to continue till 25.04.2025.
