By this civil application, the petitioner seeks restoration of the writ petition registration of which came to be refused for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer Clause 'B' and 'C', subject to petitioner deposit cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) within a period of one week from today and undertakes to remove the office objections within three weeks thereafter.
