Appellant No.5 has passed away. By this civil application, which is filed within limitation, the applicants seek permission to bring the LR's of the deceased appellant No.5 on record. The second appeal is yet to be registered.

Ms.Kakde, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 opposes the application.

For the reasons set out in the application and the fact that the khs/April 2015/10322-14 (d)

same is filed within limitation, the civil application stands allowed. Legal heirs of deceased appellant No.5 shall be brought on record on or before 08/05/2015.
