Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the Government has taken policy decision and Government Resolution dated 18.03.2014 is issued. By filing affidavit-in-reply, the said decision is placed on record.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner argues on merits of the decision stating that said decision is not in consonance with the directions issued by this Court. We cannot go into the merits of the decision taken by the respondents.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner further states that said decision is already challenged by filing Writ Petition. 4.

In view of compliance of the order, contempt petition is disposed of.
