The applicant/original petitioner seeks leave to deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- as directed by this Court on 21/06/2016. 2.

Learned Advocate for the respondents submits that the application could be allowed if the applicant deposits the said amount within 1 (one) week. The applicant is agreeable. 3.

This application is, therefore, allowed. The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- in this Court on or before 21/06/2017 in cash or by a demand draft.
