Present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 17.11.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirpur refusing to release vehicle of the petitioner. 2.

Apparently, order dated 17.11.2023 was passed on interim application in appeal pending before the Sub Divisional Officer. Now, it is informed that the very appeal has been disposed off by the order dated 26.3.2024 and petitioner wish to file substantive appeal before the District Collector. In that view of the matter, present writ petition can be disposed off. Hence, following order.

O R D E R

In case, the petitioners files any appeal against order dated 26.3.2024 passed in R.T.S./Appeal / Mine and Minors /Application No.04 of 2024 alongwith any application for release of the vehicle, the

Writ Petition stands disposed off with aforesaid directions.
