The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since 2017. It is being informed that the vigilance report has also been filed. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would file a reply to it and the proposal may be directed to be decided urgently.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the Committee on 01.08.2024. She shall file the reply to the vigilance report on that day. The Committee shall decide the proposal finally thereafter within three weeks.
