The petitioner has grievance with regard to the consolidation record. It is submitted that the consolidation of lands took place in the year 1979. The petitioner for the first time in the year 2006 moved respondent no.2.

It is not made clear which provisions were invoked while moving respondent no.2. It is also not made clear as to who is affected party. Affected party is not arrayed in the petition. After such a long slumber and for the aforesaid reasons, we cannot issue any directions in the matter.

It is for the petitioner to prosecute the remedies and the applications as may be permissible under law. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
