For the reasons stated in Criminal Applications No.2128 of 2020 and 2129 of 2020, the prayer of the applicants for intervention and to assist the learned Public Prosecutor is allowed and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
{3} So far as Bail Applications No.1341 of 2020, 1347 of 2020 and 1267 of 2020 are concerned, heard learned Counsel for the respective applicants at length.
Learned Counsel for the applicants in aforesaid Bail Applications, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw all the three applications with liberty to the respective applicants to fle application for regular bail before the Sessions Court in the event if the trial is not completed within reasonable period. Leave granted. Bail Applications No.1341 of 2020, 1347 of 2020 and 1267 of 2020 are disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the respective applicants to fle application for regular bail before the Sessions Court if the trial is not completed within a period of one year. However, liberty is granted to the respective applicants if the trial is not delayed on account of laches and deliberate acts of the respective applicants, so also due to pandemic situation in future.
