On 09/01/2024, we had passed the order in the Writ Petition, directing steps to be taken since the sole Petitioner has passed away.

Since nothing was done, the Writ Petition stood abated.

By this Civil Application, the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner desire that the delay of 119 days should be

7789.24ca (2) condoned and they should be brought on record in the Writ Petition in place of the deceased Petitioner. 4.

In view of the above and for the reasons set out, this Civil Application stands allowed. Delay of 119 days is condoned. Legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner shall be brought on record, on or before 31/08/2024.
