The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that though he possesses tribe certificate, it is not in form 'C' prescribed under the rules. He has already submitted the request for issuance of the tribe certificate in prescribed form 'C'.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent no. 2 - competent authority on 24 July 2024, surrender his original tribe certificate, whereupon respondent no. 2 shall issue a fresh tribe certificate in form 'C' within a week thereafter.
