Having heard the matter for some time, we find that the petitioner has made bald and unsubstantiated allegations against the officer who has not been arrayed as a respondent. It is prayed that an enquiry be conducted against the culprit. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioner, after taking instructions, submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition. If he deems it proper, he may consider filing of a Public Interest Litigation under the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.
