In view of pendency of civil dispute as is reflected in the application and nature of allegations in the first information report, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the application in terms of the order passed by this Court on 20th July, 2016, with following conditions :- In the event of arrest of the applicants, in connection with C.R. No.I150 of 2016, registered with Shrirampur city police station, District Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under sections 354-A, 504, 506 of

criap3966.16 (2) the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, they be released on bail, on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station initially on 6th and 7th August, 2016, between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. The applicants shall not tamper with prosecution evidence or influence witnesses.
