The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, the Petitioners had filed Contempt Petition No.184/2022. The order at issue, was complied with vide the order dated 11/07/2023. The Municipal Council has allowed the Petitioners to join duties on 13th/14th July, 2023. Hence, the Contempt Petition was disposed off by order dated 17/07/2023. In the light of this, she further submits that, this petition can be disposed off. 2.
