The only prayer put forth by the petitioners is that the claim of rental compensation be decided in the light of the Government circulars and Government Resolutions.

The learned AGP representing respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submits that respondent No.3 can decide the issue, if pending, within 6 months. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We would expect respondent No.3 to decide the claim for rental compensation, if pending, on or before 30.04.2023.
