The Petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2024, is pending before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), seeking payment of difference of wages.

Considering that we are passing an innocuous order, we are not issuing any notice in this matter. We direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, to deal with the said representation by following the due procedure laid down in law, within a period of 60 days, after a copy of this order is served by the Petitioner on the Zilla Parishad.
