The present petition has been filed for direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioners on its own merits within a period of two weeks by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, further prayer has also been made regarding payment of compensation. However, unless the appeal is decided, further part in the prayer cannot be considered.

The learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and taking telephonic instructions from respondent No. 2 submits that the said appeal would be decided within a period of four weeks from today.
