We have heard Mr. Vibhute , lerned counsel for the petitioner.

The learned counsel submits that the tribe claim of the petitioner is invalidated. However, at the time when the proceedings were pending before the committee the father of the petitioner could not produce the admission form by virtue of which the petitioner was admitted in the school namely Sacred Heart Convent Marathi School, Ahmednagar. Now the petitioner could get the said document. The said document would assist the

2 wp 8916.18 petitioner. The learned counsel submits that the matter be remanded to the committee so that the petitioner would have opportunity to produce the said document.

We have heard the learned counsel for respective parties.

Considering that the matter pertains to the social status of the petitioner, we are inclined to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner. 5.

The impugned judgment is set aside. The matter is remanded to the committee for deciding it afresh. The petitioner is at liberty to produce the additional documents on which he is desirous to rely. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30.07.2019. The committee shall thereafter decide the proceedings within a period of eight (08) weeks.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
