The learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders a copy of an unreported judgment dated 19.09.2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6736 of 2013 (Smt. Pragati Anil Yennawar Vs.

He submits that while disposing of the said petitions, this Court directed the petitioners therein to file undertaking that they will not claim any benefit of the services rendered by them for regularisation of their services or other benefits. Therefore, he submits that in view of the said judgment, the prayers in the present petition are not maintainable to the extent of regularisation of the service of the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner across the Bar, present Writ Petition stands rejected. However, rejection of the petition should not be construed as an impediment in case, the respondents consider the case of the petitioner as per her seniority in the Seniority List.
