1) The application is filed for extension of time filed by this Court for depositing the cost of amount of Rs.2500/- (Rs. Two thousand five hundred). Both sides are present. As per contentions of application and the submissions made, the application is allowed. Amount is to be deposited with in 22/09/2015.

2) Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has informed to this Court by filing pursis that he has having certificate issued by Village Panchayat that legal heirs of respondent No.2 and one Zamabai is also the legal representative but she is not made party. This information is noted.
