FINAL ORDER :- .

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending. The petitioner is a student of Second Year of Bachelor of Pharmacy Course. The result is withheld on the ground that Validity Certificate is not submitted. 2.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

(2) WP NO.8493/2018 (i) Respondent No.5-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings with respect to the caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within nine (09) months. (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28th August 2018.

(iii) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

(iv) In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner shall not be refrained from prosecuting the studies of Third Year Bachelor of Pharmacy Course, only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
