It appears from order dated 23/11/2021 that the acquiring body has deposited entire amount of the impugned award, but in the instant matter only 50% amount of the impugned award is deposited. Under such circumstances, on the ground of parity the applicant is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid entire amount of 50% of the impugned award alongwith the accrued interest thereon

2 25 ca 12267-22+ till date on usual undertaking. Civil application No.12267 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.

In respective civil applications for condonation of delay, the learned counsel for the acquiring body seeks time to take steps in some of the matters about deceased respondents. 3.
