It appears from order dated 23/11/2021 that the acquiring body has deposited entire amount of the impugned award, but in the instant matter only 50% amount of the impugned award is deposited. Under such circumstances, on the ground of parity the applicant is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid entire amount of 50% of the impugned award alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date on usual undertaking.
