Application is filed by original claimants, respondent No. 1 of the appeal for brining them on record as legal heirs of respondent - Ananda Mali. The Acquiring Body ought to have been brought the legal heirs of deceased respondent on record. But the legal heirs themselves want to come on record. In view of this, the application is allowed. Legal heirs are to come on record. Amendment is to be carried out in appeal memo and record.
