The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit - F) Page 29 is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary). Same is not yet decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, proposal seeking approval to appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit - F) page 29 is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
