The Petitioner is in Government service. The old school, as well as the S.S.C. exam records indicate his date of birth as 15/06/1981. In the service record of the Respondents, it is wrongly mentioned as 15/06/1982, instead of 15/06/1981. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, this Writ Petition would lie before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal'), considering Section 3(q) read with Section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed off from the file of this Court and the matter may be transferred to the learned Tribunal. 4.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Registry of this Court shall transfer this Writ Petition to the learned Tribunal at the earliest.
