The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2015. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner is not extended the benefit of Time Bound Promotional Pay Scale.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents and submits that the committee would decide the proceeding of the petitioner within a period of three (03) months. The same is pending for vigilance.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 08.09.2021. The committee shall, thereafter, decide the said proceeding within a period of three (03) months as undertaken.

Depending upon the Judgment delivered by the committee, the grievance of the petitioner shall be considered by the employer.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
