Mr Choudhari, learned Counsel for petitioners submits that though the matter between the petitioners and the respondents is settled in the Lok Adalat, the respondents are not making payment to the petitioners as per the settlement arrived at before the Lok Adalat.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case the matter between the petitioners and respondents is settled before the Lok Adalat and the said settlement is still in force and there is no impediment, then the respondents shall pay the amount of compensation to the petitioners as settled in the Lok Adalat expeditiously and preferably within six months.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
