Mr. Wattamwar, learned APP for the respondent/State is present. He submits that the appellant is no more. The death certificate of the appellant is also placed on record. 2.

On perusing the report submitted by Kotwali Police Station, Ahmednagar, it is revealed that the appellant Haji Saleema Haji Vazeer Khan is reported to be dead. The death extract is also placed on record along with the police report, which indicates that the appellant Haji Saleema Haji Vazeer Khan died on 13.04.2014.

In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
