The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the additional charge given to the petitioner of the post of Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), Integrated Child Development Scheme, Aurangabad-1, may not be withdrawn from the petitioner., unless by a regular selection process, the candidate is appointed on the said post.

On going through the averments made in the petition and the annexures thereto, we find that the petitioner has no right to assert that he is given the charge of the post of Child Development Project Officer.
