By this application, a prayer is made to condone the delay caused in filing the application for bringing LRS of respondent No.4 on record of this appeal, as well as setting aside abatement. It appears that there is a delay of 22 days which is duly explained in para.3 of the application.

In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) (C) and (E).

Applicant to carry out necessary amendment within 14 days. Civil application is disposed of.
