Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, First Appeal No.1466 of 2010 pertains to year 2010. The respondent No.1 has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahemadnagar. This is death claim. Applicants have not Pooja K.
