Heard Mr. Choudhari for the petitioner and Mr. Pathan for respondent nos.2 and 3.

None appears for respondent no.1.

Record shows that aggrieved by the order of temporary injunction passed by the learned Presiding Officer of the Wakf Tribunal, the petitioner has filed the present revision application.

Since 02/08/2013, this Court has granted status-quo and the same is continuing till this date.

CRA 30/2013 In the circumstances, without going into the merit of the case, order of status-quo is hereby continued for a period of six (6) months from the date of this order. 5.

The learned Presiding Officer of the Wakf Tribunal is directed to take efforts for disposal of the suit bearing Wakf Suit No. 64 of 2010 within a period of six (6) months from the date of this order.

In case, the Tribunal would not be able to dispose of the matter within the said period, the present petitioner would be at liberty to file application before the Tribunal for variation of the order, which shall be decided on its own merit. 7.

With these directions, the Civil Revision Application is disposed of without any order as to costs.

In view of disposal of the Civil Revision Application, Civil Application no.1639 of 2013 also stands disposed of.
