Considering the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6734/2012, entertaining the Civil Application at this stage and granting any relief, would practically mean that the Petitioner would get the service benefits, despite his claim having been invalidated by the Scrutiny Committee.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off. It be noted that, if the Petitioner succeeds in the Writ Petition, he would be entitled for all service benefits with retrospective effect.
