Mr.Pawar, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner was working as a Vasti Shala teacher. Now as per the relevant Government Resolution, the persons working as teachers in Vasti Shala have to be absorbed as untrained teachers. The Respondents are not adhering to the same.

The learned counsel for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Petitioner had left the school in the year 2003. In his place, other employer was appointed. As such, the case of the Petitioner cannot be considered.

It is for the Authorities to consider the contentions and the case put forth by the Petitioner.

In light of that, the Petitioner may file a representation with the Respondent - Authority with regard to his claim as untrained teacher,
