The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that a time frame for completing the acquisition process may be granted. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by recording the statement of the learned Advocate. After the proposal is tendered, the land acquisition proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, shall be completed on or before 30th September, 2022.
