The learned APP, on instructions, submits that, charge-sheet was fled before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Partur, however, offce objection has been raised to the extent of valuation of the property which is the subject matter of the Crime and in view of the same, the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Partur has directed the Investigating Offcer to submit the charge-sheet before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalna. The learned APP, on instructions, further submits that the charge-sheet will be fled before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalna tomorrow i.e. on 10.2.2022.

In view of the above statement, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
