The Counsel for the petitioner submits that proposal was submitted for additional posts for 9th and 10th standards. Same was not being considered. 2.

Learned AGP states that as per information submitted by the petitioners, only two class rooms are available for 9th and 10th standard and for sanctioning additional teachers, there is no class room available with the petitioner.

Rejoinder affidavit is filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner is having additional class rooms and for that purpose school report card is annexed.

( 2 ) wp8119.16 It is for the petitioner to bring to the notice of respondent authority the availability of additional class rooms for the purpose of additional posts. The petitioner may bring this to the notice of the respondents. 4.

The petitioner may submit information regarding additional divisions along with necessary proof thereof to respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 on receipt of said information, process the same and take further steps with regard to sanction of the additional posts as claimed by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
