The learned Advocate for respondent No. 5 makes a grievance that he was not intimated that the matter was circulated. 2.

Our record reveals that the circulation in the matter was granted on 25-10-2021. After 30 days, the matter is listed and the respondents are not intimated about the circulation granted.

In view of the grievance, remove from the Board 4.

All the office objections have not been removed for the last five years. The same shall be removed by the petitioner on or before 15th December, 2021, failing which the petition shall be dismissed without reference to the Court on 16th December, 2021.
