Heard. Rule. Rule made returnable and heard forthwith with the consent of learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

This petition takes exception to the communication of respondent nos. 3 and 4 in not declaring the result of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has not filed tribe validity certificate. The fact that the tribe claim is pending with the respondent Committee has been confirmed by the Counsel appearing for respondent Committee. Counsel appearing for respondent no.3 submits that since validity certificate is not submitted, result is withheld.

(a) In our opinion, ends of justice would be met, in case the respondent no.2 Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, and respondent no.3 is directed to declare the result of petitioner of First Year Nursing Course. This relief granted would be subject to outcome of the proceedings before the respondent No.2.

(b) Respondent no.2 Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within eight months from today. Needless to observe that the petitioner should cooperate Respondent No.2

Committee in deciding the tribe claim.

(c) Respondent No.3 is directed to declare the result of B.Sc. (Nursing) First Year Course of the petitioner. Rule made absolute in above terms.
