Seen the office note. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant is not in touch with him and probably she got married.

This Court could have appointed somebody as amicus curie. It appears from the grievance of the prosecutrix that she had not given evidence against the accused. In view of these circumstances this Court is not feeling it proper to appoint somebody as amicus curie. This circumstance however shall be considered if the prosecutrix again comes to the Court. At present appeal is dismissed for default.
