Considering the grievance of the petitioner, pertaining to the post in the Class IV category and the fact that alternative remedy is clearly available to the petitioner in the form of invoking provisions of Industrial and Labour Laws, including Maharashtra Recognition of Trade Unions and Prevention of Unfair Labour Practices Act, 1971, we decline to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to exhaust the said alternative remedy.
