2] This application seeks review of the judgment and order dated 10.6.2010 passed in W.P. No. 6352 of 2007. The concluding part of this judgment is as under :- " We, therefore, direct the Collector Latur to personally deal with the issue, as observed above, and dispose of the notice within six months from the date of receipt of the order. The petitioners are entitled to raise plea about maintainability of the show cause notice. "

3] Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly admitted that recovery order was passed by the Collector Latur and the same is further challenged in an independent writ petition, which is pending. In view of this, the
