By filing the present application, the original claimants in MACP No. 189/2008 are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

2) The appeal so filed by the owner of the vehicle has been dismissed. I, therefore see no difficulty in allowing the present application though the withdrawal is opposed by the learned Counsel appearing for the said appellant. Hence,

the following order, -

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant in this Court;

ii) The civil application stands disposed of.
