We have perused the order dated 20th June 2023. 3.

The said pertains to the rejection of approval. The order of rejection of approval proceeds with the calling of explanation from the management and we are informed by Mr. Nagargoje that the explanation was tendered by Respondent No.2, which is neither considered nor reflected in the order impugned. That being so, the order impugned dated 20th June 2023 thereby quashed and set aside. 4.

We permit the Petitioner to appear before the Education
