Considering the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal of amount and having regard to the objections raised in the memo of appeal, in respect to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to pass following order:

ORDER

1) At present the applicant Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three lacs) from out of the amount deposited by the Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil Application stands disposed of.
