Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.P.P. for respondent/State.

Perused the application. The reasons assigned for the delay condonation in the application appear plausible. The Court is of the view that delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. Hence, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The delay caused in preferring the appeal has been condoned. (iii) The registry is directed to register the appeal.
