It is submitted that the petitioners have applied for conversion of land from Class II to Class I to Tahsildar. The Tahsildar has forwarded the said application to Deputy Collector - Rehabilitation on 4th June, 2019. No further decision has been taken on it.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

In case the application of the petitioners for conversion of land from Class II to Class I is pending with respondent No. 3, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on it'

s own merit, in accordance with law and policy, preferably

WP No.9662/21 within four months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
